In Ex Design

In Ex Design is an award-winning RIBA Chartered architectural practice based at Woodbury Business Park near Exeter in East Devon. Their team brings together architects, interior designers, and landscape designers to deliver bespoke residential projects alongside commercial work for property developers, educational facilities, breweries, and hospitality venues — handling everything from concept through to completion.

They suit clients who want creative flair matched with exacting standards — whether that's a house extension, a new build, a home renovation, or a larger commercial brief. Their broad range covers architectural drawings, space planning, interior design, landscape and garden design, eco and sustainable homes, custom builds, basement design, attic conversions, and building conservation, so you can draw on a single practice across multiple aspects of a project.

In Ex Design is listed as a key local contact in the North Devon & Torridge Planning Handbook — a handy reference point if you're working through a planning or building project in the region and need an established RIBA Chartered practice that knows the area.
